HDLC
Carbon-based coating with very low friction coefficient. The absence of hydrogen in the coating structure allows for extreme hardness – over 5000 HV. This hardness permits to preserve the cutting edge while also reducing the friction coefficient.

Coating Properties:
- High hardness
- extremely low friction coefficient
- anti-adhesive properties
- Very low electrical conductivity
Applications:
- Cutting tools for ferrous and non-ferrous metals
- Components
- Plastic sector
